21 กรกฎาคม 2566 กรุงเทพ – ทีมเจรจา Jindal Global Law School จากอินเดียคว้าแชมป์ การแข่งขันการไกล่เกลี่ยและการประนอมข้อพิพาทสากลครั้งที่ 2 ปี 2566 และโรงเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจ (RTCA) จากประเทศไทย ได้รับรางวัล รองชนะเลิศอันดับหนึ่ง
สำหรับรางวัลชมเชย เป็นของ ทีมเจรจา National Law University, Jodhpur ประเทศอินเดีย และที่มเจรจา Bangkok Crab Club จากสิงคโปร์
ในส่วนของการแข่งขันการไกล่เกลี่ยและการประนอมข้อพิพาทสากลครั้งที่ 2 นี้เป็นกิจกรรมที่ สถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ THAC จัดให้กับนักศึกษาจากทั่วโลกเข้าร่วมประชันทักษะในการเจรจา และยังเป็นการส่งเสริมให้ผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขันมีความรู้ความเข้าใจที่ลึกซึ่งขึ้นในเรื่องของการไกล่เกลี่ยและการประนอมข้อพิพาท ในอุตสาหกรรมการระงับข้อพิพาททางเลือก ให้ดีขึ้น
การแข่งขันครั้งนี้ จัดขึ้นที่ สถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ THAC ชั้น 26 อาคารภิรัช กรุงเทพมหานคร
Jindal Global Law School wins the 2nd THAC International Mediation Competition
21 July 2023, Bangkok – The negotiation team “Jindal Global Law School” from India wins the 2nd THAC International Mediation Competition in Bangkok today, and the negotiation team “THAC RTCA” from the Royal Thai Cadet Academy (RTCA) from Thailand is announced as the first runner-up today.
The negotiation team from National Law University, Jodhpur, India, and the team from Bangkok Crab Club from Singapore announced the “Honourable Mention”.
“The 2nd THAC International Mediation Competition” is hosted by The Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) to encourage students worldwide to gain knowledge and a proper understanding of the usage of mediation skills in the Alternative Dispute Resolution industry by simulating a business dispute situation for the younger generation to achieve an appropriate understanding of mediation. The contest started from July 19th until 21st, 2023 at Thailand Arbitration Center, Bhiraj Tower, the 26th floor.
